- I’ve been to see gynaecologist because I’m still irregularly bleeding at 61 - have thickened womb wall long but they say it’s fine as I’m on her - this has been going on for ages

I am sorry to hear about your symptoms. I can appreciate how this can feel like a difficult time for you.
It maybe that you have Endometrial Hyperplasia without atypia, a condition where the lining of the uterus (endometrium) becomes abnormally thick, while the cells are considered normal in their appearance.
Endometrial hyperplasia is frequently attributed to an excess of the hormone oestrogen, which may result from hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Endometrial hyperplasia can lead to endometrial cancer in a small percentage of women. But the likelihood of developing womb cancer over a span of 20 years is relatively low, estimated at less than 5% (or less than 1 in 20 women).
If you have any concerns I would advise you to speak to your GP or gynaecologist.
