Is it usual for fatigue to come on quite suddenly? I have stage four appendix & have been free of  symptoms pain etc for most of the time since diagnosis. But last few weeks suffered a bad night and day with pain and even since that resolved have been absolutely exhausted last few days. I now wonder if this is telling me I’m near or at the end.
