I have had two excisions and now have a clear margin ehich is great . I now have oncology appt and then radiotherapy. My situation was high grade DCIS with E8 and P7 , so I am wondering as this is quite highly hormone receptive would I be put on something like tamoxifen ? I am nearly 65 and obviously post menopause.

    As nurses, we are unable to give a medical opinion, so we cannot say if hormonal treatments are used in your situation. However, I can say that tamoxifen is used in some situations.
