Day surgery for a small tumour on my cheek

I had day surgery last Monday to remove a tumour from my cheek. All went well and the surgeon showed me the tumour. It was the size of a marble and round in shape. It’s been sent away to the lab. My stitches come out this Tuesday. I had four internal and four outside. Should I be worried.

    I am sorry to hear about the recent removal of a tumour from your cheek. This is of course must be a worrying time for you but try and take things one step at a time for now.

    No one here or anywhere else can tell you what this tumour is until the results are back from the lab. Try not to let your mind run away with itself until you have all the information from your doctor.

    I hope you know more soon and that everything turns out okay for you.

    Thank you for your quick reply. I’m going to try not to worry too much. I haven’t heard back from the hospital yet and I’m taking it that no news is good news.
