Hi I was recently masturbating and I saw a little stream of blood come out with it and that’s the first time it’s occurred and I don’t know if I should be worried or what plz can u help me out im only 19 years old

There can be many causes of bleeding during masturbation, such as vigorous sexual activity or urinary infection.
It is not a common sign of cancer, especially in someone of your age. Hopefully, this will resolve on its own, but if you continue to experience bleeding, then do go to your GP. It is only a doctor who can assess you and send you for any necessary tests, who can say what the cause might be.
