I have been taking Letrozole for 18mths and had general aches for the first months but now I'm getting pins and needles in my hands and feet and legs feel weak-could this be a side effect?
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some difficult symptoms. It would be unusual to develop new symptoms some time after commencing this medication.
There could be other medical explanations for this, so do make an appointment to see your GP. They can test you for vitamin B levels for example, which can cause similar symptoms.
