I am sorry to hear about your situation. I would try and get hold of the GP today. It is difficult for us to be able to assess the swelling but if it remains swollen you could try and get hold of the hospital or try ringing NHS111 for their advice.

You are welcome to ring and chat through anything else with the nurses on the helpline but I would try and speak to someone involved in your care so the area can be assessed.

It may be a late side effect from the radiotherapy that will hopefully settle down but it would be a good idea to get a doctor to examine the swollen area.
