As we are not involved in someone's care, we are unable to say what the prognosis might be for someone with advanced medullary thyroid cancer.

The best person to answer this is the doctor involved or the palliative care team if they have one.

It is always hard to give a prognosis as everyone's situation is so individual, and having other health issues can also be a factor.
