Hi, I have a newly grown lump on the side of my neck, located just behind the ear around halfway down my neck. I think it may be a lymph node. 
it has been here around two weeks now and getting slightly bigger. It’s hard, unable to move and feels connected to surrounding tissues. It is slightly painful when touched or when moving my neck. 
I haven’t had any symptoms of illness, zero infections, headaches, toothache, colds. 
I have had slight on and off chest pains. 
should I be worried?
