I have been battling with dizziness that I had slightly before chemo. Since my treatment it seems to have been exasperated by the chemo. Any advice?

Hello and thanks for your enquiry,
Do make contact with your GP who can assess this for you. Dizziness can be due to blood pressure, blood sugar, or inner ear conditions. If you have had ear issues before such as meniere's disease, then this may have returned. Also, let your hospital treatment team know about it as well.
The NHS website has information on dizziness
I hope that you get help with this soon,
Best wishes,
Vanda
i Have told GP of my dizziness repeatedly and had MRI’s on every part of my body, including my brain, privately, because getting an appointment with the GP these days is about as rare as Rocking Horse poo poohs! I have finally been given a diagnosis of Cerebella Ataxia, which although the doctors are reluctant to say, I think is caused by Chemo
what do you think?
Hello and thanks for your further post
The main causes of cerebellar ataxia are unknown but there are some factors that may be associated with it.
It's not unusual for this condition to cause slurred speech. You can read more about how the symptoms can be managed on the NHS website.
