I am sorry to learn about your husband's situation; this must be a difficult time.

One of the side effects of radiotherapy can be tiredness and weakness. It can get worse as treatment goes on and can last some time after treatment has finished, but it should get gradually better. Your husband must rest when he needs to, but other things can help, such as gentle exercise.

If you are concerned, then do speak with your husband's specialist nurse (CNS) as they know his situation.
