Blood in my pee

I have been having blood in my Pee for a while now usually at the end when i have to push the final bit out 

I have had the camera up my urethra to have a look round and been told its just a weakness in the vessels in my bladder post radiation pyrea (I’m dyslexic so apologies for any spelling mistakes)

what i would like to know are there any drinks I should avoid I drink black coffee and like a beer i cycle to work 9 miles each way have regular bowel movements and way around 106kgs 

and I’m on statins but only recently  and the blood was there before

    It might be helpful to have more decaffeinated tea and coffee, as caffeine can irritate the bladder. Taking more diluted fruit juices if you have them, might help reduce acidity that can irritate the bladder blood vessels. Having a good fluid intake every day of 2 to 3 litres also helps. Not smoking, and having alcohol within NHS guidance weekly limits, with some alcohol free days may also help. Do seek any further guidance from your GP.
