  • Hello Hassan 8181 and thanks for your post,

I am sorry to hear about your brother. This must be particularly hard for you as he is living so far away.

At Cancer Research UK we fund research and clinical trials but we don't have doctors who can give a medical opinion.

Coming to the UK for treatment can be very difficult as your brother would not be eligible for NHS treatment and he would have to pay for any treatment that he had.

It would be difficult to find a donor for your brother in the UK whilst he is living in Pakistan.

There is a charity called Anthony Nolan and they help support patient's going through a transplant. Their website is intended for UK patient's but they may be able to answer some of your questions. They will however not be able to give a medical opinion.

We do have some information on our website about oversea visitors coming to the UK.

I am very sorry not to be able to help more.

    All the best,

    Catherine
