kidney lesion

hi im new to the group , thank you for having me . i would like some advice please if possible .

i had a stroke 7 months ago , im still have issues with my arm and depression , i recently had 2 ct scans with contrast  as i was loosing alot of weight and fatique . they found a small lesion on my kidney and said 90 % they are it is cancerous and so in a telephone conversation with urology the dr said there 3 options avalible survalience .frezze it or surgery . i thinking frezzing would be best option as it small and hasnt spread . do i have that choose or do the dr decided . im afraid how i am after my stroke if i could cope with just waiting and watch ie survalience . would appriate any advice

    I am sorry to hear about the stroke you have had alongside the discovery of a kidney lesion.

    A surgeon won't usually discuss options unless there is some choice in the way that this can be managed. As they have suggested the various options to you it is time for you to consider each of those in order to make your decision.

    I am not sure if they have arranged another appointment to talk to you about this or whether the ball is now left in your court to get back to them about your decision.

    Everyone is different and it is important you make the decision that is best for you.
