I am sorry to learn that you needed eye surgery and that you are having a lot of falls.

I was unsure of your situation and whether you have recently had surgery and what sort of support you are looking for.

It may be worth speaking with your GP if you are at home as they will be able to tell you what sort of support may be available in your area.

If you need personal care (such as help with washing and dressing) or help with things like shopping then you could contact your local social services.
