  • Isabelle 2 and thank you for posting,

I am sorry to learn you have needed cancer treatment and the side effects that you are experiencing, I can appreciate these have been going on for a long time.

It sounds like your team thinks the rash is part of the treatment. Unfortunately, it can be a side effect of various cancer treatments and may last for a while. We have some information about how cancer treatments can affect the skin, which I hope is useful and there are some tips.

If you find things are getting worse and not improving then do go back to your treatment team for further advice or perhaps speak with your GP.

I hope this helps in some way, if you would like to speak with one of our nurses we are available between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday and the freephone number to call is 0808 800 4040

    Take care,

    Jemma
