Spot on breast

Hello ive got 2 spots on right breast just not going away been weeks now but they not changed no redness or anything.  Worried again about imflamatory breast cancer.  I do have family history of breast cancer.  I was at the breast clinic 8 months ago told me I had a lot of cysts but benign.  I had a dignostic mammogram abd ultrasound both breasts all clear.  I do suffer extreme health anxiety.  Can some spots just take longer to heal? IMC is a rare cancer? Sorry I know I'm a pain but I'm struggling

    Hello I'm really sorry to bother everyone but I'm really struggling with my anxiety.  I have family history of breast cancer.  My last mammogram and ultrasound was 8 months ago I've got lots of cysts.  I'm due another in 4 months this year.  Is IMC really rare? Also is the main symptom hot and hard and red breast? I don't have this though appreciate any support 

  • Hello Bear, and thank you for coming back to us. I am sorry that you are now worried about inflammatory breast cancer.

    Do speak to your doctor about any changes you have noticed in your breasts, but do also discuss your health anxiety, which leaves you in a very difficult way.

    Focusing on this cancer forum will always keep cancer and the idea of it at the front of your mind, which it sadly is for many people who are diagnosed with it. But, for those who do not have cancer, but have health anxieties or possible unusual changes, it is always best to talk with your GP.
