I am sorry to hear about your husband and his diagnosis of bile duct cancer.

The best people to talk to are your husband's hospital team. They understand his cancer and the care that he needs. They will also, if they can, give you an idea of prognosis from their experience.

Living with cancer is difficult for you both and creates a lot of uncertainty. Do speak to his specialist nurse (CNS) if he has one at the hospital, and ask about support for you both.
