Good evening I am hoping that you can advise I have recently been diagnosed with cervical cancer and I am due for a full hysterectomy early June.

i have recently discovered a small pea size lump in my neck and I am worried this could be something related to my diagnosis.

please can you advise

You should try and get in touch with your CNS if you can and they can advise you. Sorry for your diagnosis, I have just been diagnosed too. Hope you’re ok x

Hello, and thank you for posting.

I am sorry to hear about your cervical cancer diagnosis, I'm sure it is difficult waiting for your hysterectomy.

Any changes you notice that concern you are good to update your hospital team about. Lumps can appear for many reasons, and it is probably a coincidence that you are waiting on surgery, but if you have the contact details of a specialist nurse, do let them know.
