Telephone consultation

I recently had some bloods taken to monitor tumour markers. I had a telephone consultation appointment earlier today to discuss these results. However I missed the call and cannot ring them back. Does anyone know if they will attempt to call me back?

  • Hello and thanks for your enquiry,

    Yes, they will probably try you a couple more times. If not successful, then the hospital doctor may either send you a letter, or send a clinic appointment to you.

    You can also ring if contact isn't made, and the appointment clerk can arrange another time.
