I am sorry that you seem to be worrying so much about your health.

I'm not sure how much coming onto a cancer forum is going to help your health anxiety. When you next see your GP perhaps you need to talk about your health anxiety so they can give you some advice about this as well.

It isn't unusual to notice changes to our skin including new moles to develop in our 30's and 40's, do get any that are concerning you checked out.

Mole mapping services aren't available on the NHS for everyone but you could seek out a private provider such as Boots or similar who do mole scanning if you think would offer you some peace of mind.
