Repeated imaging with contrast continued showing parenchymal abnormality. Abnormal intraventricular lesion seen in the frontal horn of the left lateral ventricle, showing heterogenous post-contrast enhancement and FLAIR hyperintensity, with no significant restricted diffusion, causing mass-effect and mild midline shift to the right side. No significant parenchymal oedema or abnormal enhancement.
