Hi. I’m waiting for colon scan test results and keep checking on the nhs app. Still no reply. I rang the hospital and it’s on the ‘to-do’ list the receptionist said. I should hear within the week. Should I be worried or no news is good news? X
I can understand that waiting for the results of tests can be very unsettling. It can sometimes take one to two weeks and in some cases a little longer to get the results back. A lot will be determined by the work load at the hospital.
It sounds like the receptionist is on the case and I am sure that they will get back to you soon. I don't think that you can read anything in to the situation if you have not heard anything but do try and keep an open mind.
