Hello I had a flexible sigmotocopy 4 years ago told then had internal and external piles. I fo have hard snd sodt stools butgot ibs. I'm still getting pain from there poo test clear. And doctor said didn't need to do rectum exam. Just worried but I heard anal and rectum cancer rare and slow growing. I did get bright red blood a few times on wiping but think that was the piles please help so anxious
