Scared it’s back

Hi, 2 years ago I was diagnosed with bowel cancer stage 3. I had a colonoscopy in November all clear thankfully. I have for the last month had severe pains in both my flanks and have lost nearly a stone in weight. I have been checked for kidney stones and appendicitis which was what they originally thought it could be. My bowels have also become more loose. I am exhausted, sleeping most afternoons. Help. X

    I am sorry to hear about the treatment you had for bowel cancer 2 years ago and the symptoms you are currently experiencing.

    Unfortunately no one here can say what may be causing the symptoms you have as there are so many possibilities.

    You have done right in seeing your doctor about this but if they are ongoing and getting worse it is important to go back to see them again so they can run more tests.

    This of course must be such a worry for you and I hope you get some answers and relief from this soon.
