Hello, I’ve had a sore lump inside of my labia minora (inside the lip) it is at the very top of the skin just where the opening of the lips are. This has been there for two weeks now. I first was getting severe itching in that area every day. Mainly at night when I was wearing my pjamas, as I don’t wear underwear underneath. I thought it may have just been irritated.

a week later i noticed the itchy was still there and then it felt quite sore, I tried to feel it and could feel a small lump. Another week later (now) it’s still there and it’s very itchy and sore. It’s a small lump, and it’s very red at the top. It looks like the top layer of skin has come off, I don’t know if it has but it’s very red and sore. I’m really worried. I’m only 19, and I know cancer is rare but I have been seeing lots of people saying the same symptoms
