- I’ve noticed this tiny pinhead spot/lump in bottom half of on my left nipple. It looks like the head of a spot! It isn’t sore. I did try squeezing it but that just made my nipple red so I’ve left it alone other than putting some sudocrem on it. Do you think I should mention it to the doctor. I’m 75 and I’m only due a mammogram again next year
