I’m sorry you are worried about your eye and can understand you wanting to find out more.

It's possible that you have an eye infection. But only a doctor can make a medical assessment so we would advise you to make an appointment see your GP to get checked out. Doctors are trained to assess symptoms and can prescribe medications or arrange tests if necessary to try to find out what might be going on. Do also let them know if the paracetamol is not managing your shoulder pain.
