I am sorry to learn that you are being treated for breast cancer.

I can imagine this is a worrying time for you.

Tamoxifen can cause changes to the lining of the womb, which may lead to vaginal bleeding.

Breast Cancer Now has more information on the side effects of Tamoxifen.

For some women, the ovaries may begin to work  again after chemotherapy   treatment. This depends on your age at the time of treatment and the types of chemotherapy drugs used.

If you have a specialist nurse involved in your care then perhaps you can speak to them for further advice.  You often have to call and leave them a message and they will get back to you.
