i dont know what it means - the results from a home testing kit for stools came back positive

i took a home test for the stool i know something is wrong with me i just trying work out what it is!! the test came back positive but i dont know what it means i dont have blood when i wipe so im worried even more. i have a kids and a family im worried if its cancer.

Go to the the doctors with the results. It may be nothing but the sooner you find out the better. If you are worried speak to a friend they can go with you. X
