Urgent” HLA Typing Test

Hi my father has acute myeloid leukaemia, and doctor asked me to do HLA typing test i went to my GP he said i have to look online for private doctor we cant help you. 

my father lives in Hong Kong, doctor asked me to do HLA typing test ASAP the doctors has also send me letters about getting test and send them the results but im struggling to get help. 

please if anyone have any idea where i can do HLA typing test - blood test from? I live in Preston.

    Unfortunately, we don't know of laboratories as this is usually done within the NHS for NHS patients. You may have to look up a private hospital and ask for a private haematologist doctor who could oversee this process for you.

    There is a UK organisation called DKMS who may be able to provide contact details as they are involved with donor and stem cell transplants
