Unfortunately our nurses won't be online until tomorrow and will respond to you shortly. I think given you are feeling sore and it's very swollen inside, it would be a good idea to have it checked by a doctor tomorrow. If things were to get worse overnight, you can also ring 111 out of hours for medical advice.

It's possible that the discomfort and swelling is due to resuming sexual activity early as you are still healing from the Lletz procedure.

If you feel that the discomfort and swelling is getting worse or if you start to bleed heavily, then do speak to the team that did the Lletz procedure for further advice. If you have difficulty getting through to them then do contact your GP.
