Hi I have had my 3rd weekly daratumumab injection and every time on 3rd day I start having palpatations a bit breathless cand the steriods cause this or both
One of the side effects of the drug of daratumumab is that it can cause breathlessness and you can read more about thison our website.
Do let your team know if this side effect gets worse or is not improving. If you have a specialist haematology nurse (CNS) involved in your care then do speak to them about this. They are there to support you . You often have to call and leave them a message and they will get back to you.
