My mum has cancer in her liver lungs and bowel stage 4 the doctors etc have decided on no treatment for her and they couldn't give us a time frame on how long she has , she's 85. Feel absolutely devastated.
Thinking of you and your family.. I have a friend in similar position..85 and stage 3 bowel cancer ...I think it's difficult to offer a 'time frame' as everyone is different.. my friend is being kept as comfortable as possible [ thankfully no pain] and is seen by Consultant every 4 months... sending

Have you got any support for you and your Mum.. wanting to die at home and the reality can be very different scenario.. is your Mum being offered palliative care at home..
