hiya i’m sorry if i sound silly but over the past few days i’ve had really bad headaches and my vision has been so weird, it looks like everything is delayed and i can’t seem to concentrate

both my arms also keep burning staring from my hands up to my elbows and my mouth goes incredibly dry and then i start to panic like rocking back and forth ect

i went to the hospital last night they had a look at my eyes but not like a proper eye test, they did my blood pressure oxygen and took my bloods as well and said that it seems to be nothing and to keep taking paracetamol for my headaches

ive got home, went for a sleep and the same thing happened as soon as i woke up and now im sat here panicking again, my head feels so heavy and my vision is back to being delayed and just sort of like there is a layer over my eyes, i had an eye test a few months ago and then an in depth eye test where they put drops in my right eye and looked behind my eye and said nothing was there to be worried about but i just can’t help but think something has been missed?
