Hello, I’ve been having on and off pain in my right breast for a few weeks now. I have an area of glandular tissue in this breast (seen on mammogram etc in breast clinic last August) the pain moves around sometimes feels heavy, sometimes a dull pain and it moves around the breast. The breast also seems slightly larger - it’s always been bigger than the left but seems just a slightly bit larger now? (Tho I may be over noticing something given the pain!) Any experience? I am on desogestral and have put on some weight since last year.
