An all clear lumbar puncture usually means that there were no cancer cells or abnormalities found in the cerebrospinal fluid ( CSF ). However, you would need a doctor to tell you if there is cancer anywhere else in the body. Hopefully, everything will be fine, but they need to confirm this.
