I am sorry to read about your chronic lymphatic leukaema diagnosis, and  that you are worried about new symptoms you are experiencing.

I can understand you wanting to find out more but I'm afraid we are unable to tell you whether your fatigue is due to your CLL or maybe unrelated.

There are many causes of fatigue; such as insomnia, thyroid disorders or iron deficiency anaemia.

The best advice I can give you is to voice your concerns to your  specialist nurse or hospital specialist.
