Letrozole can cause increased facial hair because it lowers oestrogen levels which can lead to a hormonal imbalance and a slight increase in androgens ( male hormones). Unfortunately, even after stopping the medication, these changes don't always reverse quickly, and in some cases, they may not go away completely.

It's worth going to see your GP and see what their advice is. They may need to check your hormone levels to see if there is an underlying imbalance that might still be affecting you. They might be able to suggest treatments such as creams to slow down hair growth.

In the meantime, options like waxing, hair removal creams, or laser treatment could help manage it.
