I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some pains since your surgery.
It can be common to experience intermittent sharp pain as sometimes superficial nerve endings are affected after surgery. This should improve over time. Wearing a supportive bra such a a sports bra can help, and wearing one whilst sleeping can also sometimes help with this. Do seek further advice from your hospital breast care nurse or your hospital breast care team.
