I can appreciate that it is difficult waiting for investigations and test results. It is important though to get any new breast changes checked out by a doctor. But bear in mind that most breast investigations, and /or referrals to breast clinics turn out to not be cancer, and due to other reasons. Breast pain is quite common, but is not a common symptom of breast cancer. The breast clinic or your GP can advise you about the breast pain moving forward. Do reach out to family and friends for support during this time, and it can help to keep yourself busy and occupied whilst you wait for your results.
