As the cysts are still there and remain uncomfortable I can only suggest that you make an appointment with your GP again to get their opinion particularly as you have another week to wait before you will be seen.

There is always the possibility that they may be infected and may need a course of antibiotics.

It may also help relieve the symptoms by soaking the cysts in warm water.

I do hope that it feels better soon.
