There have been some reported medical studies suggesting a link between tamoxifen use and gallstones formation.

However, gallstones are also fairly common in the general population.

As nurses, we can't give you a medical opinion. You will have to seek the advice of your breast cancer specialist, and/or your GP concerning this.
