i have a lot of the symptoms but i dont know if i have it

Testicular cancer is not common. Most testicle problems are due to other things such as an infection or inflammation.
You might want to read NHS Advice on testicle lumps and swellings and how how to check your testicles
Do go and see your GP who can assess you and hopefully reassure you.
