I am sorry to hear that you are so worried. Spots and pimples are common, and not a sign of breast cancer. They can happen due to sweating after exercise, shaving under the arm, and being sensitive to certain body products. Sometimes from a change in washing clothes, using different products. Often spots are blocked sweat glands.

Do confide with your mum, as this helps reduce anxiety. She can suggest what might help. You can try applying an antiseptic cream, or over the pharmacy counter hydrocortisone cream, and using PH Balanced unperfumed toiletries. If this doesn't help, then you might need to see your GP who can prescribe antibiotic cream.
