I am sorry to learn that you are worried about your skin. We can't diagnose anyone and always advise that anyone with a health concern, makes an appointment to see their GP who can take a history and examine you and advise further. Most symptoms/skin changes are not serious, and easily treated, and/or explained. But it makes sense to get checked out for peace of mind.
