testicle pain a sign my cancer has returned?

Hi I had my last decapeptyl injection in March 2023 after 36 doses of radiotherapy since when my PSA has gone down to its lowest of 0.05 that was in June 2024. the last two PSA tests were 0.07 and most recently 0.34 so its going up, Ok its still a lot lower than the outset of  21.4. my question is,

I have in the last 6 weeks experienced occasional pain in my right testicle  but only at night in bed, it sometimes wakes me. could this be a symptom of the return of the cancer?

    I am sorry to hear about the symptoms that you are experiencing. it sounds unlikely that it would be related to the prostate cancer but it is always best to let your GP or your oncologist know of any on going symptoms. They can examine the area and hopefully put your mind at rest.

    Testicle pain isn't usually a sign of cancer but it may be an indication that you have an infection or maybe even a build up of fluid. Try not to worry about it but do let your team know.
