I completed a qFIT test recently and began to menstruate 24 hours later. I was not menstruating when I did the test. But my score has come back as >200. Could my period have contributed to this in any way?

Taking a FIT test whilst on a period may affect the result, although as it was the following day you started we can't say if this may have affected the result.
It is best to discuss it with your doctor or the hospital team, if you have now been referred to ask them.
