Unfortunately, we can't tell you exactly what the matter is. Sometimes you can develop orchiditis (testicle inflammation) or have an infection there. It may or may not be related to having previous treatment to the prostate gland. Do make an appointment to see your GP. They can examine you and advise you. They might suggest antibiotics if they think it is due to an infection.
