No one can say with any certainty how long someone has left to live, this includes even the most experienced doctors. They can only give a rough estimation based on their experience.
It sounds like your dad is very poorly and that the doctors are sadly saying he may only have a couple of weeks or up to two months left to live. I appreciate this must be very upsetting.
